While we're a small and evolving brand, we unfortunately do not provide free returns at this time. However, if you cover the return shipping costs, we'll happily send out your replacement product at no additional charge.

Shipping within the UK is £3.50 per order, and orders exceeding £40 qualify for FREE delivery.

How do i exchange an item?

If you find yourself needing to exchange an item, simply reach out to us via email within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and details regarding the exchange request. We'll promptly respond with instructions on where to send the item. Once received and approved, we'll process a full refund for the exchanged item. Kindly note that as each item is made to order, you, as the buyer, are responsible for covering the shipping and any associated costs for returning the item for an exchange. What if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, we're here to help. Simply send us an email with photographic evidence of the damaged item in its original packaging. We'll gladly replace it for you at no additional cost. Please note that you may be required to ship the damaged item back to us. While we cover the cost of replacing the item, we regretfully cannot be held responsible for any shipping expenses you may incur.
